Fratelli Tanzi slices and packs Parma Ham and other Italian deli meats, but not only this, we also debone Parma Ham in our own factory and have 9 slicing lines to slice our products and pack them under *ks to this organisation we are able to keep a very close eye on production from the start to the final product in order to guarantee top quality.
We have two different kinds of slicers, one of them offering flatly laid slices with interleaving between the slices, and the other slicing technology allows us to pack ruffled slices. The first one would be our standard range and the second one is our special 'hand sliced' range.
Our pack sizes can go from 25g to 500g.
On top of our deli meats range, we also sell sliced typically Italian cheeses (such as mozzarella, provolone, etc).
