Collagen Casings - Collagen is an edible casing that is consistent and uniform in size made from the epidermal and flesh layers of the beef hide.

Natural Casings - Natural hog and sheep casings in various sizes. Make sure to soak natural casings in water before stuffing. This will remove the salt and also make the casing easier to put on the horn.

Fibrous Sousuage Casings - are not edible and can be used for summer sausage, salami, boneless ham, etc.
