Powered by low energy x-rays and coupled with advanced image processing software, GlassChek x-ray systems provide the best glass in glass detection in the industry. To ensure detection of foreign objects such as glass, stone and metal, regardless of their location within the jar, GlassChek utilizes a dual beam design, combined with Safeline’s new glass adaptive technology that accommodates the inevitable variability glass containers without compromising sensitivity or creating excessive false rejection. Fill level and mass can also be measured at inspection of up to 1000 jars per minute.Features and Benefits
